Biography
Subedar Joginder Singh displayed unparalleled bravery and leadership during the 1962 Sino-Indian War. Despite being severely wounded, he refused evacuation and motivated his men to fight until the last man, last round, holding off the Chinese advance. He was awarded the Param Vir Chakra posthumously.
